General
The event will only be cancelled under rare circumstances of extremely high winds, above 30km at the display site, or extreme weather conditions where excess ground water prevents the fireworks display. The event will proceed if there is rain during the day before 4:30pm, and if light to moderate rain is forecasted for the duration of the event. Cancellations are made solely for the safety of the fireworks display.
